Macro Bowl

Excited to share a new creation of mine that I can’t get enough of. It’s packed with a ton of vitamins (A, C, B, K), minerals, omega-3, antioxidants, fiber, & protein 💪🏼⠀

This “Macro Bowl” includes kale massaged in avocado oil, sweet potato, beets, baked cumin chickpeas, sunflower seeds and quinoa!⠀

I dressed this bowl with Trader Joes almond butter turmeric dressing, which is anti-inflammatory and delicious 😋
